An 8 storey mixed use building, with 46 apartments and a retail shop located in trendy Potts Point. The project achieved design excellence through the City of Sydney design competition process. Central to its design were high quality layouts, with unique feature internal atriums and gardens, complimented by communal rooftop gardens and bbq areas.
Particular care went into the detailing the retention of heritage elements, as well as into the foundations as the land sits atop rail tunnels servicing the eastern suburbs and Bondi.
This high demand locale saw Anka receive multiple off market offers to sell the development approved site. Anka sold in the height of the market in 2016.
